The original grass roots are deep from both the Partners within their daily work routine had been working around e-wastes and metal wastes where the partners were authorized personal to oversee the scrap generation, segregation & disposal process. Having worked closely within the same industries both joined hands to make an organization which would bring employment to the society or commission based income to the needy persons. So then started the whole process of meeting suppliers, market the brand and get into the competition with even the core partners pick up their sleeves not hesitating to work even at the ground levels.
